Protective case for Shearwater NERD 2
The Shearwater NERD 2 is a specialized heads-up display for technical divers and rebreather applications. As the device is mounted directly in the field of vision, it is constantly exposed – mechanical protection is therefore essential, without impairing function or visibility.
This precisely fitting protective case is pulled completely over the entire main body of the Shearwater NERD, securely and reliably form-fitting the device. It effectively protects against impacts, scratches, and abrasion that can occur during mounting, transport, or actual dive use.
In the optical area, the case is deliberately designed to be slim so as not to restrict the field of view. The clear display and familiar viewing experience are fully maintained – a critical point for HUD systems.
The material fits snugly on the device, does not slip, and provides additional protection for regular use in demanding conditions.

This case is not compatible with clamp mounting.
It is exclusively suitable for mounting via the threaded attachment.
