We ship exclusively with DHL and its international partners. As we carry various product sizes, shipping costs are calculated based on whether your order needs to be sent as compact merchandise mail (or small package) or as a parcel.

Germany

• DHL Small Package: 3–6 business days* – €3.95 (Free shipping on orders over €50.00)

• DHL Parcel Shipping: 2–4 business days* – €6.19

EU (European Union)

• DHL Merchandise Mail International: 4–12 business days* – €8.90 (Free shipping on orders over €50.00)

• DHL Parcel (EU Fast): 2–6 business days* – €19.90

International (Worldwide)

We deliver to, among others, the following countries: Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, Philippines, USA, United Arab Emirates.

• DHL Merchandise Mail International (Asia): €12.50 (Free shipping on orders over €80.00)

• DHL Merchandise Mail International (Other Countries): €12.50 (Free shipping on orders over €50.00)

United States (USA)

• DHL Parcel International: €32.00 (Free shipping on orders over $120.00) (Please note: Merchandise mail shipping is not possible to the USA. Only parcel shipping is available for orders to the USA.)

Please note: As our cases are produced using 3D printing, there may be occasional shipping delays of a few days if the ordered case needs to be produced first. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply.

Returns

The goods can be returned within 20 days of receipt. The customer bears the cost of return shipping. Please send returns to the following address:
