At Fresch-Print, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we offer a simple return and refund process. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the terms and procedure.

Conditions for Returns

• Items can be returned within 20 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
• Custom or personalized products are excluded from returns, unless they are defective.

Return Process

1. Get in Touch – Please contact us before returning your item at frederik@fresch-print.de with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Return Shipping – The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please use a secure shipping method to ensure the item arrives back to us undamaged.
3. Inspection & Refund – Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund the amount to the original payment method.

Exchanges

An exchange is only possible if the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly. Please contact us if you received a damaged or wrong product.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 20 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.
