Returns and Refunds Policy

At Fresch-Print, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we offer an easy return and refund process. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

Conditions for returns

• Items can be returned within 20 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused and in perfect condition .
• Custom-made or personalized products are not returnable unless they are defective.

Return process

1. Contact us – Please contact us before returning the item at frederik@fresch-print.de with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Shipping – Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a secure shipping method to ensure the item arrives undamaged.
3. Inspection & Refund – After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the amount to the original payment method used.

exchange

An exchange is only possible if the product is faulty or was delivered incorrectly. Please contact us if you have received a damaged or incorrect product.

refunds
